Mrs. W. H. Smith, a resident of Saxman community all her life, died at 3 a. m. Tuesday. She had been ill the past seven years. Mrs. Smith was born Aug. 9, 1876.
She belonged to the United Presbyterian church at Saxman.
Surivors are the husband, W. H. Smith; six daughters, Mmes. Flay Wyatt, and John Belden, Hutchinson, Harry Bundy and Frank Donnelly, Lyons, Charles Musterman, St. Louis, Mo., Harold Busley, Eugene, Ore.; two sons, Edward and Orville Smith of Lyons; three sisters, Mmes. Kenton Beal and Glen Leonard, Saxman, Emerson Belden of Alden; two brothers, George Baker, Saxman, Ralph Baker, Medora; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral will be at Saxman United Presbyterian church at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, with Rev. Paul Dinsmore conducting the service. Burial will be in Lyons cemetery.
