Jessie L. Phillips, age 69, of London, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2020.
She leaves behind two children, Eugenia Eaton of East Bernstadt, KY and Jeffery Gene Smith of London, KY; three siblings, Raymond Eaton of London, KY, Cellis Ray Eaton of Alexandria, KY, and Alice Bright of Georgetown, KY; six grandchildren, Louetta Sigrimis, Travis Cunnagin, Larry Cunnagin, Brooklyn Smith, Jackson Smith, and J. Bugg Smith, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Phillips; her parents, William Henry Eaton and Myretha Lee Helton Eaton; and by her brother, Dorman Caudill.
Jessie was a housewife and of the Baptist faith. She loved being outdoors.
Funeral services for Jessie L. Phillips will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Dixon officiating. Burial will follow at Hopewell Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 26, 2020 beginning at 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour also at the funeral home. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangement
