Scott Sumner, age 62, of Largo, FL passed away peacefully on October 9, 2018. Scott was a native of Dade City, FL with his family being early pioneers of Pasco County. Whether you were related to him by birth, friendship or work, you always felt the caring spirit Scott placed in your relationship. Scott never married but was the ultimate loving supporter of his brothers, sisters and many nieces and nephews. Scott had a long and successful career in automotive sales. Scott had many interests through the years and he was especially fond of golf, which he enjoyed with family and friends. He also was an avid fan of the Tampa Bucs and the Florida Gators.

Scott was predeceased by his parents, Jimmy and Dottie as well as his sisters, Diane and Amy. Scott is survived by brothers Kevin (Stacey), Todd (Beverly), Chad (Leslie) and sister Kristi (John Gaffney) as well as many proud nieces and nephews and cousins.

A memorial mass will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in San Antonio on Tuesday, October 16th at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Sunrise of Pasco County, Inc. or St. Anthony Catholic School.
