DUNCAN, R. Hugh – Peacefully, with his family at his side in hospital at Almonte on Saturday May 27, 1995. R. Hugh Duncan of Almonte. Age 75 years. Dearly loved husband of Margaret Gilchrist. Beloved father of Isabel (Herb Metcalfe), Pennie (Patrick Eagen) and Allan (Gina) all of Ottawa; Kathy (Jonas Vaskas) of Bond Head and Christine (Darcy Moses) of Carleton Place. Dear brother of Mrs Mabel Taber of Toronto, Mrs Muriel Redden of Kingston, Rae (Mrs Alan Lytle) of Arnprior, William (Shirley) of Toronto, Kenneth (Helen) of Almonte and Gordon (Mary) of Cobden. Predeceased by 4 brothers, Harold, Morden, Allan and Robert (Bert). Also survived by 11 grandchildren. Friends called at the C.R. Gamble Funeral Home & Chapel, 127 Church Street, Almonte. Funeral Service at Almonte United Church on Tuesday. Rev Ted Colwell officiated. Interment Auld Kirk Cemetery, Almonte.
