George Randall (Randy) Garrett of Liberty passed away on July 18, 2020 at the downtown AnMed Hospital in Anderson, South Carolina following a period of declining health.

He was the son of George D. and Sarah Bates Garrett of Liberty, South Carolina. He was predeceased by his mother. Surviving are his father and step mother Mary Ruth Garrett of Liberty; a half sister Tandy Stonequist of West Palm Beach, Florida; a son Brian (Shea) Garrett of Fairplay, South Carolina and a special Aunt Carol Bates of Liberty, South Carolina. He was a graduate of Pickens High School in Pickens, South Carolina.
