Professional Football Player. For five seasons (1990 to 1993 and 1995), he played at the guard position in the National Football League with the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Jets. Born Carlton Lee Haselrig, he attended Johnstown High School in Pennsylvania before enrolling at the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown. During his collegiate years, he became one of the school's all time greatest athletes as he won an astonishing six NCAA wrestling titles. In spite of never playing collegiate football, he was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers during the 12 round of the 1989 NFL Draft. He totaled 68 career regular season NFL games and distinguished himself when he achieved Pro-Bowl honors in 1992. After retiring from football, he went on to have a brief career n Mixed Martial Arts. He later worked as a high school wrestling coach in his native Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He collapsed and died at his home from an apparent heart attack.
