On Monday, July 20, 2020, Sandra Joan Harvey went to be with the Lord. Sandy succumbed to cancer and Alzheimer’s at the age of 81. Sandy was a thoughtful daughter, and a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Sandy was predeceased by her parents, Beulah and Clarence Talbott. She is survived by her husband Richard (Dick) Harvey, her children, and granddaughters. Sandy is dearly loved by her daughter and son in law, Sheila and Bruce Eldred. She is treasured by her son and daughter in law, Steven Harvey and Lisa Bragg. Sandy is adored by her two granddaughters, Melanie Eldred and Danielle Bragg-Harvey. She always considered the needs of her family as more important than her own needs. Sandy will be dearly missed and always remembered.
