Above all things Douglas loved his family and loved nothing more than spending time with them and his precious grandchildren. He also enjoyed camping, fireworks, fishing and working on and watching fast cars. He enjoyed attending the Chili Bowl and was lucky enough to attend the Nascar Inaugural season of the Kansas Speedway. He also loved his sweet stuff, Pepsi, Mountain Dew and candy and loved his dog Fergie so much.
Douglas is preceded in death by his parents John and Peggy Kent and grandson Justen Kent.
He survived by his loving wife Dianna of the home; son Stephen Douglas Kent and wife Amber of Sapulpa; daughters Cassandra Clark and husband Jack of Sapulpa, Julitta Dawn Kent-Holt and Carol Lee; grandchildren Dale, Bridgette, Haley, Gracie, Brenna, Cooper, Garrison, Caylynn Lillian; sisters Vicky Ames, Alice Swift, Sharon Hendren, June Mosley and JoAnn Cutwright; brothers Donald Kent and Bobby Joe Kent and nieces and nephews and a host of other family members and friends.
There will be a visitation from 6:00-8:00pm, Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at Traditions Funeral Chapel in Kellyville. Services will be 2:00pm, Thursday, July 23, 2020 also at Traditions Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Sunrise Cemetery in Kellyville. Arrangements are under the direction of Traditions Funeral and Cremation Services, 35 S. Main, Kellyville, Oklahoma, 918-247-7373.
