He was a member of Mount Carmel Christian Church in Stone Mountain, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Evelyn and Alfred Mann. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Theresa G Mann; daughter, Shelly Mann Fanning and husband, Martin; son, Clinton Mann and wife, Marcie; grandchildren, Emma Fanning, Audrey Fanning, James Fanning, and Ellie Mann; two sisters, Linda Mann Barron and Susan Mann Herrington; brother, and Mark Mann.
