Ida F. Garrott

Mrs. Ida F. Garrott, 93, of Winona, died September 27, 1999, at Tyler Memorial Hospital of heart failure. She was a retired State Employee.

Mrs. Garrott was a member of Moore Memorial United Methodist Church in Winona, Women's Club and AARP. She was a 1921 graduate of Spearfish Normal College in Spearfish, S.D. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Fischer, and her husband. Warren A. Garrott.

Graveside services were held September 28 at Winona Memorial Gardens of Memory with Dr. Harold Richardson officiating.

Mrs. Garrott is survived by one daughter, Jennie Fraiser of Greenwood; three sons, Warren A. Garrott Jr. of Jackson, Thomas H. Garrott of Winona, Fred P. Garrott of Brandon; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Pallbearers were Thomas Garrott Jr., Jim Whitehead, Charles Garrott, Ben Garrott, Wiley Charles Prewitt and Harry O'Neal Jr.

Memorial contributions may be made to Moore Memorial United Methodist Church in Winona or to the charity of your choice.
