Died 12:20 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, 1992, at the Baton Rouge Guest House. She was 93, a native of New Roads, and a resident of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home, 825 Government St., 2 to 10 p.m. Thursday, with recitation of rosary at 7 p.m. Thursday, and 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Gerard Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Friday, conducted by Father Reinhard B. Stump. Burial in Chenal Cemetery, Chenal. Survived by a daughter, Mrs. Allen A. (Mary Nell) Poirier; two sons and a daughter-n-law, J. Alphee Hebert Jr., Fred J. and Gerry Hebert, all of Baton Rouge; a son-in-law, F.D.W. "Bill" Beatty, New Roads; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. J.D. (Irene) Landry, and Mrs. J.F. (Leonida) Hebert; a brother-in-law, Phillip J. Daigle, all of Baton Rouge; 19 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, J. Amadee and Josephine Desormes Landry; husband, J. Alphee Hebert Sr.; a daughter, Mildred Beatty; a son and daughter-in-law, Landry J. and Lorraine Starr Hebert; a grandson, Landry J. Hebert Jr,; a daughter-in-law, Mary Alice McGrew Hebert; a son-in-law, Allen A. Poirier; three brothers, Delmar, Fred, and Clair Landry; four sisters, Lilli Morel, Beatrice Carmouche, Louise Stiles, and Adelle Daigle; Pallbearers will be grandsons. Honorary Pallbearers are Dr. Erol Kozdereli and Dr. Brian J. Petit. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center, the American Heart Association, or a favorite charity.
