She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church. Becky was the adult Sunday school teacher since 1980 until her health failed. She was a good hearted woman who was ready to help at a moment's notice. She enjoyed traveling and was fun to be around.
Becky was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom.
She united in marriage to Darell Cox March 1, 1980.
Besides her husband, Darell Cox, she is survived by two daughters: Tammy Porter and husband, Gary of Campbellsville, Kentucky and Melissa Benfield of Gilbertsville, Kentucky; three grandchildren: Candace Anglin of Conway, South Carolina, Chase Porter and wife, Rachel of Louisville, Kentucky and Hannah Benfield of St. Louis, Missouri; three great-grandchildren: Aubree Anglin, Porter Anglin and Brooks Porter; three sisters: Barbara Kerr Murphy and husband, George and Carolyn Woods of Campbellsville, Kentucky and Juanita Feamster and husband, Allan of Thousand Oaks, California; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a son-in-law, Don Benfield, great grandson, Thomas Porter and one brother, Randall McMahan.
