Susan Roberts was born May 13th, 1967 in Conway, South Carolina and is the daughter of the late Ralph C. Parker and Eugenia S. Parker.
A graduate of Conway High School and Furman University, she then began a teaching career, first as a kindergarten teacher and later as a pre-k teacher for the day school at St. Paul's Church in Conway, where she was also a member. She loved children, especially her own.
Susan enjoyed many things in life including time spent with family and friends, especially family vacations to Disney World and the beach. She also loved welcoming people into her home as a hostess for almost any type of celebration. She loved Jesus, and would tell anyone that it was by his grace and miraculous power, that she continued to thrive each day despite the circumstances.
Susan is survived by her husband, Glen, their children Gregory, Andrew, and Anna Grace. She is also survived by her niece, Kira Harbridge (Kyle). She is predeceased by her parents, Ralph and Eugenia Parker.
In light of current global and local conditions, her family has elected to forego a public service and will be having a private service at Hillcrest Cemetery in Conway. They will, however, be accepting visits to the family home from anyone who would like to pay their respects.
