Mrs. Thelma Amerman, 45. of Rantoul died this morning at Chanute Air Force Base Hospital after a long illness.

She was born in Lawrence County Dec. 31, 1931 to Lee P. and Bessie Pugh Fyffe.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Don Cunningham, and her father, Lee Fyffe.

She is survived by her husband, Fred Amerman: two sons, Scott Cunningham, Springfield, and Tim Cunningham, Edwards Air Force Base, Cal.; a daughter, Laura, Rantoul: her mother,
Mrs. Bessie Padgett, Mt. Carmel; sisters, Mrs. Ruth Chadra, Woodsboro, Texas, Mrs. Norma Funke, Rt, 1, Sumner, and Mrs. Frances Merritt, Pearl River, N.Y.; and brothers. Charles Fyffe, Canyon City, Col., and Stanley Fyffe, Evansville, lnd.

Services will be at the Sivert Funeral Home, Sumner.

Burial will be in Sumner Cemetery.
