On April 13, 2017, John J. Rossi passed away at the Fountains at Cedar Parke in Atco. Born and raised in Philadelphia, John served in the US Navy during World War II receiving his honorable discharge after nearly 3 years of service oversees. John worked as a chemist assistant at DuPont in Philadelphia until his retirement. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren whose athletic events and activities he attended regularly.
John is lovingly survived by his wife of nearly 65 years, Mary T. (nee Carrozza); his daughters, Diane (Anthony) Garczynski and Karen (Dr. Eugene) Gatti; his grandchildren, Peter, John and Robert Garczynski and Annamarie and Philip Gatti; his brother, Joseph; his sisters, Mary and Rosemarie as well as many nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws.
Funeral services and final interment with military honors were held privately at the convenience of the family.
