Survivors include son Jay Bell (Donna) of Peoria; sisters Arlene Young and Bernice Thompson of Pittsburgh, PA; grandchildren Dorie Lynn Pugh, Jay C. Bell, Jr. (Malinda), Amanda Carara (Chad), David Bell (Danielle), Kristi Bell (Ryan Olson), Bobby Entis and Cindy DuTemple; great-grandchildren Tyler Pugh, Zachary Pugh, Andrew Bell, Ellie Olson and Travis Olson.
