She was born in Alabama and was retired from Bancorp South after seventeen years where she worked as a loan secretary. She had also worked at Sears in Red Bay, AL and The Red Bay News for years. She was a Baptist.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, July 15, 4 p.m. at Old Union Cemetery, Belmont, MS with Bro. Jerry Ginn and Bro. Roger Wood officiating. Burial will be in Old Union Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her husband – Bobby Gresham; one son – Mark Gresham (Teressa); two grandchildren – Erin and Olivia; two sisters-in-law – Joyce White (Larry) and Barbara Gresham; one niece – Lacey Pruitt and two nephews – Edric Parrish and Kendric White.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Reca Collum Emerson.
Pallbearers will be Edric Parrish, Kendric White, B.J. Pruitt, Joe Roberts, Mike Scott and Virgil Rogers.
