LeRoy Anthony Howard was the first born child of Leroy and Patricia Ann (Gabriel Green) Howard. He was born on August 5, 1968 in Statesville, Georgia. Upon the family moving to Pinellas County Florida, he attended the Seminole School District. He served his country, as a member, of the US Navy. LeRoy became interested in wrestling profession, at Sportstorium, and his trainer was Jimmy Del Ray. LeRoy was known in the wrestling world as NAVY SEAL, Rastaman, Terrance Black, and as LeRoy Howard. LeRoy had Runs in Puerto Rico, Battle Arts (Japan) and in Germany. He was a very successful wrestler, and retired in 2013. Then he went on to earning a Master's Degree from Webster University. LeRoy worked as a counselor in his Hometown of ST Petersburg, Florida. He was predeceased by his parents, and leaves to mourn his loss one brother, two sisters, other relatives, friends, and well wishers. LeRoy Anthony Howard was a credit to his community and also to the wrestling world.
