Mrs. Emily Watson, 83, of Adel, Georgia, passed away on June 26, 2020 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Mrs. Watson was born on January 31, 1937 to the late Percy and Maggie Harmon Overstreet.
She lived most of her life in Cook County and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Community Calvary Holiness Church.
Mrs. Watson is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law: Renae and Daniel Cassity and Rena Watson; two grandchildren: Jonathan Cassity and Dori Watson, all of Adel; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Zollie Watson; two sisters, Hazel Jordan and Mary Brannon; and two brothers, Aubrey Overstreet and Edward Overstreet.
