Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he was a son of Joan M. (Piantedosi) Loureiro and Peter Macdonald; longtime companion of Lori Kandzerski; and stepson of the late Manuel P. Loureiro.
Paul worked in the computer industry for many years before his employment with the U.S. Postal Service where he began his career as a mail carrier. Upon multiple promotions, he earned the position of Field Sales Representative. Paul received national recognition for his exceptional efforts.
He was the brother of Peter A. Macdonald (wife, Nancy), Donna M. Macdonald, and Debra M. Rodgers (husband, Paul); godfather of his niece, Mary C. Mears (husband, Alex); uncle of Heather A. Lebel (husband, Justin), Hillary A. Sanacore, and Christopher J. Sanacore; and great uncle of Cara G. Lebel and Ethan W. Lebel.
His funeral was private at the convenience of the family.
