Frances passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at her home in Atoka, OK. She attended High School in Oklahoma City, OK. Frances was a housewife and homemaker. She married Charles Sanders at Oklahoma City, OK. He preceded her in death on May 20, 1986. Frances was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed watching cooking shows and NASCAR, loved taking care of kids and grandchildren and her momma.
