Katherine Elaine Patrick

Katherine Elaine Patrick passed away peacefully during her sleep returning to our Holy Father on May 30th, 2020.
Kathy was born in Longmont, Colorado to Alfred and Luella Newens and lived with her family on 5th Avenue since the age of three. She graduated with the Longmont High School Class of 1969 and later married Emery Patrick. They eventually divorced.
Kathy made good friends wherever she went and had a passion for creating. She turned that passion into a great career as a manufacturer for Dovatron and Flextronics International, and Mountain Secure Systems. Kathy also greatly enjoyed fishing, camping, sewing, crafts, baking, and caring for Betta fish.
Kathy was deeply spiritual, having a strong belief that God is in everything and was a pinnacle of strength, optimism, and unbridled spark throughout the lives of everyone she knew. She always brought a witty sense of humor, laughter, smiles to every room, every gathering and will be forever loved.
Kathy will always be missed until we meet again.
She was preceded in death by her Father and Mother, brother, Richard Newens (Cheryl), sister, Shirley Newens Diesem, nephew, Ronald Dean Stine, and sister, Gloria Martin.
Kathy is survived by her son Jason Patrick, daughter-in-law Sarah, grandson Kalvyn, and granddaughter Megan, her son Brian Patrick, significant other Nichole Hedrick. Katherine is also survived by her nephew Doug Stine (Longmont, CO) and niece-in-law Samantha, grandnephew Jake, grandniece Crystal, and nephew Richard Waln (Longmont, CO).
