Ronnie was born on December, 25, 1954 in Lee County to the late Glenn Ampers McNeill and Winnie Irene Spivey McNeill Black. He is survived by his sisters: Barbara McNeill Griffin of Cameron, NC; Diane Gunter and her husband Johnny of Sanford, NC; a brother, Ricky Black and his wife Kim of Sanford, NC; and a brother, Tommy Black of Sanford, NC. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a step-father, Edward Black and his brother Sammy Black. Services will be private. Burial will be at Center United Methodist Church in Sanford. Services entrusted to Miller-Boles Funeral Home of Sanford, NC.
