Ronald F. Nash May 20, 2020 Ronald Francis Nash, 85, of Navarino, NY passed away Wednesday at home surrounded by his loved ones. Ron grew up in a farming family in Manlius, NY. He graduated from Onondaga Central School in 1953, and married Wilma Volles in November of 1954. Ron was a former president of the Navarino Fire Department. He was a self-employed carpenter for over 50 years. Ron retired in 2017. He loved woodworking and Syracuse basketball. Ron was predeceased by his daughter Sue Wood; brothers Kenneth Nash and Arthur (Margaret) Nash. Surviving are his wife Wilma of 65 years; son Edward (Deanne) Nash; son-in-law Gary Wood; twin brother Robert (Barb) Nash; grandsons Eric (Colleen) Nash and Brandon Nash; granddaughter Elizabeth Robison and 10 great-grandchildren. The Nash family will have a celebration of life at a date to be determined. In lieu of flowers, please check an item off your bucket list. Don't put off that special trip for next year.
