Cindy (Clark) Duncan, 58, of Union City passed away 12:51 a.m. Sunday, July 12, 2020, at her home.

Cindy was born February 28, 1962, in Gary, Indiana, daughter of the late Ruben "Doc" and Faye (Norman) Clark. She married Heath Duncan December 26, 1998. He survives. Cindy had been employed as a substitute teacher at Obion County Central High School and was a member of Second Baptist Church.

She is also survived by one son, Hunter Duncan of Union City; two sisters, Carolyn Clark of Atlanta, Texas and Barbara Anderson (Raymond) of Hendersonville; one brother, Michael Clark (Janice) of Troy; her brother-in-law, Ray Dressler of Texarkana, Texas; and her father-in-law, Jerry Duncan of Union City.

She was also preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Vicky Duncan.
