Elizabeth "Mae" Cook-Mullins 73, of Key Rock went home to be with her Lord on July 11, 2020. Mae was a longtime member of the Rockview Tabernacle where she was the President of the Ladies Aid Ministry and a minister of the Gospel. She loved sewing and spending time with her family and friends crocheting, but her joy was being with her grandbabies and great grandbabies.

She was born on March 16, 1947 in Key Rock, she was the daughter of the late Harrison "Harry" K. Cook (1916-2004) and Lillian Johnson-Cook (1928-2014). In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Dexter Kyle Cook (1948-2011), Steven V. Cook (1955-2005), and Paul Wayne Cook (1954-2011); and a younger brother who died at birth, James Dean Cook (1961-1961).

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving and devoted husband of 55 years, Howard Andrew Mullins (B. 1947) of Key Rock; a daughter, Karen Mullins-Jackson & husband Mike Jackson of Indian Creek; two sons Kenny Mullins & wife Joanna Mullins of Garwood, and Michael Mullins & wife Belinda Mullins, of Welch-Pineville Road; ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; her sister, Brenda J. Cook-Cox (B. 1952) of Pineville; two brothers, Harrison "David" Cook (B. 1953) & wife Diane Cook (B. 1962) of Pineville and Jeffery P. Cook (B. 1964) & wife Doris Cook (B. 1962) of Key Rock; a sister-in-law, Joyce Cook (B. 1950) of Key Rock; and a host of nieces, nephews, beloved friends, and church family.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Knotts on Appalachian Highway in Pineville, WV, followed by her funeral service at 2:00 PM.
