Mr. Jeremiah Will Johnson, 41, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2020.

Mr. Johnson was born on July 8, 1978 to Scott and Shirley Johnson in Durham, NC. He worked at Papa John’s for 12 years. Jeremiah loved blowing bubbles for the children in his neighborhood, which led to them affectionately calling him “Bubble Boy”. He enjoyed playing video games and watching wrestling on TV. Jeremiah will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his father, Scott Johnson. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Johnson; step-brothers, Scotty Johnson and wife Debbie of Durham, NC, and David Johnson and wife Tanya of Durham, NC; sister, Cora Smith and husband Eddie of Durham, NC; and nephews, Steven and Dalton Smith, which he loved dearly.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at Oak Grove Memorial Gardens. Officiating will be Reverend Hugh O’Shields.
