British Actress. Born Eily Sophie Lees Craston in London, England. Daughter of Harry Lees-Craston and actress Agnes Thomas. After Malyon completed her education, she began performing on stage in 1899, prior to joining Hollywood. In 1911, she met future actor Joshua Plumpton Wilson, at J.C. Williamson Film Company, where they had worked, and married at St. Peter’s Church in Melbourne, Australia. On May 1922, Malyon filed for divorce. In 1926, she decided to continue her acting experience in America. Malyon started her debut as a stern nurse in "Born to Love" (1931). Malyon became a member of the Screen Actors Guild in late 1935. Throughout her acting career, she appeared in "Kind Lady" (1935), "The Little Princess" (1939), "We Are Not Alone" (1939), "Young Tom Edison" (1940), "Untamed" (1940), "The Man in the Trunk" (1942), "I Married a Witch" (1942), "Jane Eyre" (1943), "Going My Way" (1944), and "She Wolf of London" (1946). In 1948, Malyon retired from her career after she finished portraying the role of Kitty Fyffe in "The Challenge" (1948). Dying from cancer, Malyon succumbed from heart disease at Braewood Sanitarium.
