Bernard David "Nardy" Alexander, 63, of Sedalia, MO, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Rest Haven Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Alexander-May Funeral home at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be from 9-11AM Thursday at the funeral home.

Bernard was born on December 4, 1956 in Abington, PA the son of Frank Alexander and Berniece Simmons. He was an avid fan of the Pittsburg Steelers. He enjoyed playing board games such as Yahtzee, Aggravation, Scrabble, dominoes, checkers and Sparkle. He loved to go fishing and he considered himself a grill master. He cherished his time with his family and friends. He was a US Veteran .

The family appreciates the kindness of Bothwell Regional Health Center, Rest Haven Nursing Home as well as all his family and neighbors.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Floretta Smith, one son William Smith of Charlotte, NC and one daughter Debra Webb(Mike) of Leonardtown, MD, two brothers Eric Alexander (Judy) of Norristown, PA, and Jethro Alexander (Charmaine) of Willow Groves, PA, and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nephews and great-nieces.
