Mr. Pugh, who died Sunday, July 12, 2020, at his residence, was born, October 31, 1952, to Riley Pugh and Verbil Wiley Pugh. He was a member of Faith Tabernacle.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother - Wayne Pugh
