James D. "Jim" Burress, 60, of Franklin, IN passed away July 12, 2020. He was born in Madison, IN the son of the late Sam and Edith Burress.
He was a Construction laborer with Laborer's Local #120.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Linda (Hogue) Burress in 2016, and brothers and sisters.
Jim is survived by his daughters, Leslie McKinney and Jessica Frye; grandchildren, Addyson Frye, Nicholas Frye and Michael Rea; brothers and sisters and his girl friend Amy Luhman.
A Celebration of Jim's life will be held Friday, July 24, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. A memorial visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until the service time at 6:00 p.m. Burial will be in West Newton Cemetery in West Newton, Indiana. The service will be livestreamed on Facebook.
Social distancing and face mask will be required. There is a limit of 50 people in the facility at a time.
