She was born December 21, 1939, the daughter to the late Jesse Roy and Betty Lou (Stromp) Evans.
Linda was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and active in the choir. She was an avid singer, who loved karaoke and dancing.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Lowell G. Stafford and one son, Vance Weldon Stafford.
Linda is survived by her two sons, Vincent Stafford and Wayne Stafford; three brothers, Jon, Donald and Rick Evans; one granddaughter, Kimberly Wehr; one great granddaughter, Payton, a large extended family, including many aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.
