Phillip Morris, age 72 Clayton, passed away on Friday, July 10, 2020 at home surrounded by his family. He was a veteran of Vietnam having proudly served in the U.S. Marines Corps. Phillip retired from Ohio Bell/AT&T. He enjoyed skydiving and was a former member of the Kings Island Jump Team. Phillip also enjoyed scuba diving, camping, boating on his pontoon and taking trips to Disney World with his family. He is survived by his wife of 16 years: Cherry (Polston) Morris, daughters: Abigail Morris of Huber Heights, Maggie Morris of Vandalia, step children: Cheree (Everett) Harding of Cedarville, Jody Strayer of Piqua, Timothy (Kasey) Davis of Brookville, grandchildren: Everett Jr., Kyla, Caleb, Jacob, Braiden, Tristen, Timmy, Kory, Eli, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Filipina (Salvaggio) Morris. A public walk-through visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood). Private Services will be held with Pastor Doug Criswell officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Brookville.
