Sharon K. Starkey, age 60 of Galena, died Saturday morning July 21, 2007 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital in Columbus.
She was born on October 24, 1946 in Westerville to the late Ossie and Margaret (Bohan) Wells. She had worked at Mettler/Toledo in Worthington as a circuit board assembler with 31 years of service. Sharon enjoyed doing genealogy for her family and would go to great lengths to get the required information on a family member. She also had in the past baked wedding and birthday cakes and enjoyed gardening, flowers and was always up to a good yard sale.
She is survived by her husband: Charles Starkey and they were married August 1, 1981 in Galena; daughters: Bobbi (Edward) Peery of Cardington, Stephanie (Gary) Jordan of Pataskala; grandchildren: Edward Peery III, Kindra Peery, Owen Jordan; brothers Dennis (Shelia) Wells of Bryan, Raymond Wells of Lakeview; sister: Vivian (Dale) Boston of Reedsville; brother-in-law: Walter Bice of Marysville; nieces and nephews.
