Reginald Lee Harris, aged 83, died peacefully in his home on Saturday June 27, 2020 in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Reginald, Reggie or Papa Bear, was born on April 6, 1937 to the late Margaret (Maggie) Elizabeth Harris Oden (mother) and George Allen Murray (father).
He is survived by his lifetime companion and children; Mary Harris; Anthony Harris, Norfolk, VA, Regino (Jill) Harris, Chesapeake, VA, Antonio (Dawn) Harris, Norfolk VA; caring step son Hinton (Quentin) Sawyer Norfolk, VA; 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren; and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and family and friends.
He was preceded in death by a son, Reginald L. Harris Jr., and sister, Margaret V. Allen.
