Funeral services were held on Sunday from the Miller Funeral Home, Rimersburg, for Mrs. Ivie M. Benn of 203 Greenville Ave., Clarion, who died Thursday, Aug. 31, following an extended illness. She was born July 25, 1885, in Porter Township, Clarion County, the daughter of John F. and Anna Mary (Stewart) Benn. She lived the major part of her life in the Curllsville area. She was a member of the Grace United Church of Christ in Curllsville. Surviving are one son, Arnold F. Benn, of Clarion; and one sister, Mrs. Blanche Males, of Sligo. Also surviving are two nephews. One brother, Robert, preceded her in death. Rev. Warren T. Woodward, pastor of the Rimersburg United Presbyterian Church officiated. Interment will be in the Rimersburg Cemetery.
