She was born Dec. 8, 1943, in Arkansas, the daughter of Charles and Edna (Bolen) McCormick.
As a young woman, Frances had been a bartender and waitress at the Olympia Restaurant and the Elks Lodge and for 20 years had been a nanny. Frances loved music and singing. She was in several bands and had won several awards for her singing. Frances had a strong faith and loved the Lord. She was a member of the Otsego Elks Lodge.
Surviving are her children, David Ledbetter of Iowa, Ken (Terri) Ledbetter of Otsego, Tom Ledbetter of Kalamazoo and Herb (Cari) Ledbetter of Otsego; six grandchildren, Shawna, Andrew, Kenny, Ella, Olive and Alice; three great-grandchildren, Ethan, Andrew and Lliam; siblings, Char, Carrie, Peg and Roxanne; along with several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack Quinn, and brother Chuck.
A graveside service will take place at 2 p.m., Thursday, July 9, at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park North in Kalamazoo.
