On Sunday July 5, 2020 Kenneth Leon Garrett, loving husband, dad, granddad, great granddad and great great granddad passed away at the age of 85.

Kenneth was born in Smithfield, Texas on May 20, 1935. He was the youngest of four siblings.

He worked 41 years, 10 months and 2 days at Grapevine Post Office. Kenneth helped raise and was the proud father of three girls; Teresa Martin, Lorri Peters and Susie Mason.

Kenneth married his best friend and the love of his life Wanda Byas on February 11, 1955 and celebrated 65 wonderful years. Kenneth had an infectious smile and never met a stranger. He was known for being a prankster yet was gullible when being pranked upon.

Kenneth was preceded in his death by George Vester Garrett, Nora Lillian Garrett, Letha Hardin, Opal Etheridge and JW Garrett.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Garrett; daughters Teresa Martin (Raymond), Lorri Peters (Rob) and Susie Mason (Terry); Five Grandchildren, Five Great Grandchildren, and Seven Great Great Grandchildren.

Kenneth will be remembered by all his family, friends and loved ones.
