Howard was born on November 8, 1954, to Alfred and Carol Edwards in Dallas, Texas. He enjoyed flying kites, drag racing at Yellow Belly Drag Strip and fishing. Howards greatest passion was his family. He was a devoted husband for 27 years to Martelle, a loving father, grandfather and great- grandfather. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Howard was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his loving wife, Martelle; son, Richard C. Edwards; daughter, Helen M. Edwards; step- daughters, Joann Voch and Shelly Guzman; 17 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; brothers, Chuck and Ki Edwards, Steve Edwards, Bill and Engel Edwards and many nieces, nephews and friends.
