Betty Jo French, 85 of Booneville, Arkansas, passed from this life on Thursday, July 9, 2020 in her home near Booneville. She was born October 23, 1934 in Barling, Arkansas, to the late Guy and Thursey Irene (Cooper) Moser.

She was a loving mother and housewife. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, quilting, canning, and making plastic canvas.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth French; 1 son, Randy Morris; 1 sister, Juanita Brown and one brother, JD Moser.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, July 13, 2020 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Sunday 1-3:00 P.M. Sunday afternoon at Roberts Funeral Home.

She is survived by 1 son, Danny Wayne Morris (Ruth) of Booneville; 4 daughters, Karlyn Copher of Fort Smith, Linda Browning and Charlene Goff (Danny) both of Booneville and Teena Inklbarger of Lavon, Texas; 1 brother, Clifford Marpel of Dover; 3 sisters, Shirley Brucks of Little Rock, Thelma Helms of Pocola, Oklahoma and Bonnie Johns of Jacksonville, Florida; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
