Rosa Lee was a devoted Christian, and a faithful member of Red Hill Baptist Church for over 40+ years. As a prominent member of the congregation, she served as the pastor’s aide, a representative on the usher board, and the kitchen committee. Her loving and caring nature would see no one harmed or unfed. Her great tasting dishes and beautiful soul will forever be remembered as we usher her to the kingdom of heaven.
Rosa Lee was preceded in death by her daughter, Rose Smith; a brother, Lewis Reeves; a sister, Betty Jackson; her stepmom, Ruby Reeves; her mother-in-law, Marie Smith; and her father-in-law, Fred Smith.
To cherish her loving memories, Rosa Lee leaves behind her loving husband of 63 years, Isaac “Sonny Boy” Smith; three daughters, Linda Brown (Carl), Kimberly Harris (Grover), Patricia Smith; three sons, Alphonso Smith (Patricia), Elveridge Smith (Charlene), Jerry Smith (Virginia). Mutually, her sisters, Faye Callen, Sarah Bailey, Brenda Reeves, a host of in-laws, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
