Dorothy later met and married Robert "Bob" Carter in Prineville. They loved traveling. Bob passed away Nov. 30, 2001
Dorothy loved bowling and playing pinochle. Her grandkids called her "Bowling Grandma". She loved her flowers and gardening. Her joy was family especially all her grand and great grand children.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three husbands; and her brother, Harold Thorsen.
