Growing up as "Sister", Mrs. Craig was the only sister of 8 brothers. She was a graduate of Long Beach High School in 1966 and has lived her entire life on the coast of Mississippi. She admired the beach, especially during a beautiful sunrise.
Florence, referred to as Bea, was retired. She spent a majority of her time reading and cooking. Bea's most cherished role was being a Nana and a mother. As a Nana, she spent countless hours at the soccer fields in support of her two granddaughters, Maddie and Alexa. Traveling to Jackson, she would spend holidays and birthdays with her youngest grandchild, Grayson. Infamous for her pies and red beans and rice, Mrs. Bea Craig loved baking and cooking. Bea loved and was loved by many family and friends.
Her love and loyalty will never be forgotten, and she will be truly missed.
Family and friends of Mrs. Bea are invited to attend a graveside service Monday morning , July 13, at 10:00 AM at the Long Beach City Cemetery in Long Beach, MS.
