Donna Lou Moats-Wagner, 60, of Foster, passed away July 7, 2020 at home. A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV on Friday, July 10, 2020 at 1:00-2:00pm with a VFW service to follow.

Donna was born to Roy and Betty Guy of Ottawa on December 12, 1959. She attended Scott High School and graduated in 1977. She later attended The Charleston School of Beauty Culture and had been a beautician for more than 30 years. She was active in the VFW and American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She was a proud advocate for the Wounded Warrior Project as well. She spent earlier years as a very active member of the Madison Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She loved spending time with her Red Hat Society Ladies. Catering and baking were her ultimate passion. Donna loved cooking for others and was happiest when in her kitchen. She loved to travel and cruise, Hawaii was her favorite destination and had a way of making her heart and soul at peace. Donna’s motto was to live life everyday like it may be your last, and that’s exactly how she lived.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Betty Guy; brother Joseph “Joey” Guy; brother Michael “Mike” Guy; and sister Regina “Jeannie” Guy; and late husband William “Bill” Wagner.

Donna is survived by her only daughter, Katie (Brent) Kirk of Madison. Three beautiful granddaughters that were the center of her world; Ioyona (14), Aliyah (9), and Lily Boyd (6 months). Her fiancé, Ronald H. Jennings, JR. and his sons Robert Jennings and Ronald H. Jennings III. She leaves behind several very special friends that were more like family. Paul & Tammy Hill, Ressa Cook; Bo & Sherry Osborne; Carolyn Kuhn; Chuck & Penny Byrnside; Sandra Bartley & Audra Sands; Phyllis Tudor; and Tyler Akers.
