Anthony Orlando Bowers born April 18,1994, passed from this life on April 7, 2019 leaving his family devastated by his loss. Anthony loved carpentry, hard work and his family. He was an intelligent and strong individual, who was known for his quick wit, infectious smile, and his compassionate spirit. He had a smile for everyone and would do anything for anyone that was in need. Anthony had a passion for writing music. He had a spirit that spoke very loudly.

Anthony is preceded in death by his grandmother Teresa Ann Smith King and grandfather Edward Hill.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother Sonya Bowers, brother Cameron Bowers, sisters; Shamailaca Bowers, Teresa Bowers, four nieces, four nephews, great grandmother Edna Hill, uncles; Rusell Smith, Marvin (Illene) Bowers, Patrick Bowers, Dion Chancellor, aunts; Nahkia(Marcus) Odom, Tisheia Hicks, Lisa (Cedric) Davis, special cousin Mahogany, special friend Kristine Ellison, a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial celebration of Anthony's life will be held Monday April 22nd, at the Greater Works COGIC, located on 25 Forsythe St. in Asheville. Supt. Ronald D. Gates, Sr. will officiate.
