Crushed by Tractor
Dillon's third violent death in a week occurred Saturday morning when Roy Webster, 62, died at Barrett hospital Saturday shortly after being crushed under his overturned tractor.
He was working in the timber in the Dyce Creek area when the accident occurred.
His son George Webster and Roscoe Pilon, who were with him, rushed the victim to the hospital where he died shortly after arriving of internal injuries.
Mr. Webster was bron in Gravois Mills, MO, July 2, 1892 and came to Dillon in 1914. He was married that year to Grace Phillips, daughter of a prominent pioneer Beaverhead county family. She passed away in July 1953. Mr. Webster had ranched since coming to our county and was a member of the Elks Lodge.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. George Webster and two grandchildren, Tommy and Denice and a nephew Jim Phillips, all of Dillon; two brothers, E. T. Webster, Butte and Matt (should be Watt) Webster of Versailles, MO; two sisters, Mrs. Lottie Washburn and Mrs. Merle Sildey (should be Silvey) of Missouri and several nieces and nephews in Missouri and a nephew and niece Mr. and Mrs. Tony Jursnick of Butte.
The funeral will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from Brundage Chapel with the Rev. R. N. Johnstone of the Methodist church officiating. Burial will be in Montain View cemetery, with the Elks exemplifying: graveside rites.

Webster Rites Held Today
The funeral of Roy Webster, 62, killed in a tractor accident Saturday, was held today from Brundage Chapel with the Rev. R. N. Johnstone of the Methodist church in charge. Burial was made in Mountain View cemetery.
Pallbearers were Bert Morrison, Emmett Carroll, George Shaffner, Chris Bay, Orin Pilon and John Shaffner.
