Silvia Ramirez, 61 of Donna, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2020. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10 o’ clock in the morning on Monday, July 13, 2020 at Lemons Memorial Chapel with Father George Poonely officiating. Interment will follow in Plainview Memorial Park. A Rosary will be recited at 6 o’ clock in the evening on Sunday at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Mrs. Ramirez will lie in repose from 12- 8 o’ clock in the evening on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the funeral home. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.
Silvia was born on October 1, 1958 in Weslaco, TX to Roberto and Antonia Solis. Silvia was a homemaker most of her life and enjoyed going to the beach and playing bingo. She cherished every moment she spent with her family especially her children and grandchildren. Silvia was known by many and will be dearly missed.
She is preceded in death by her father: Roberto Solis: one son: Carlos Ramirez III, one daughter: Sonia DeLeon and one brother: Rogelio Solis, two grandchildren: Arron Sebastian Ramirez and Maria Ramirez.
Silvia is survived by her husband: Nolberto Juarez; her mother: Antonia Nuñez Solis; two sons: Francisco Erik and Derek Jermain Ramirez; three daughters: Irma Linda Villagomez, Brenda Veronica Ramirez and Alicia Ramirez; four brothers: Roberto, Juan, Hector and Adolfo Solis; four sisters: Mary, Norma Gloria and Teresa Solis; father of her children: Carlos Cantu Ramirez, Jr.: eighteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
