Paul is survived by his wife of 34 beautiful years, Joyce; his children, Matthew (Nina) and Melissa (Mark); his two brothers; Barry (Stella) of Mickleton, and John (Patricia) of Glassboro, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family & friends. He will be missed dearly by his miniature pinscher, Macy. Loved ones that preceded him include his parents Carl Sr. and Jean Gruber; and brother Carl (Bill) Gruber Jr.
Paul was born on February 20, 1959 and raised in Mickleton, New Jersey and was a life long resident of Gloucester County. Throughout his earlier years, Paul had a passion for mechanics and also was a past volunteer firefighter of the East Greenwich Fire Department. The past 38 years, Paul spent working at Vistar (VSA) where he formed many long lasting friendships.
In his free time he loved to ride his motorcycle all over the area with his many friends. Anyone that passed by the house knew that he took much pride in lawn care and gardening. He also enjoyed visiting Lancaster, PA with his family and friends. Paul was a loving husband and a devoted father. He was a great, hardworking man and those who knew him loved his quick wit and sense of humor.
A memorial service will be held at 11am on July 17, 2020 at Eglington Cemetery; 320 Kings Hwy, Clarksboro, NJ 08020
