Stephen Michael Spencer, 68, of Rocky Mount, Missouri passed away Monday, July 6, 2020 at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. He was born December 27, 1951 in Jefferson City, Missouri the son of the late Donald Tipton and Velma Evelyn (Cotten) Spencer.

Steve is survived by:

Brother, Daryl Spencer (Julie) of Hillsboro, MO

Niece, Angela Spencer (Michael Dumay)

Nephews, Daryl Spencer, II (Elizabeth McCrary); Ryan Spencer

Great Niece & Great Nephews, Vladimir, Seraphim, Alexandr, Zayda, Leopold, and Henry

Beloved Caregiver: Cousin, Donna Skanes

Viewing will be Saturday, July 11, 2020 from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO. Graveside Service will follow at 2:00 PM at Dooley Cemetery with Rev. Bill Foglesong officiating. Please social distance or wear a mask to protect all of our loved ones, families, and friends. We understand that some may not be comfortable gathering at this time.

A Celebration of Life (A Steve-Style Party) will be planned at a future date.
