RILEY – Joseph, 79 of Johnstown, died July 4, 2020, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born April 15, 1941, in Johnstown the son of Emmett J. and Ethel M. (Stein) Riley. Preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Barbara (Nazick) Riley; son, Stephen J., married to Kristine (Rummel), Belsano; and sisters: Mary, wife of John Dubay; and June, wife of William Maurer; sisters and brothers-in-law: William Nazick; Eleanor Harris; Julia Brzozowski; Paul and Frances Romanko and special aunt, Mable Riley. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Joseph was a member of St. Clement Catholic Church. He retired as a carpenter and was a member of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America Local 423. Friends will be received Thursday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home, Inc., 710 Broad Street. Funeral Mass 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Clement Catholic Church, Fr. William E. Rosenbaum officiating. Committal will take place at Grandview Cemetery.
